At this point we all know the tremendous fish catching potential of the Savage Gear Squish Jig. They have been deadly on a variety of fish including tuna, yellowtail, bonito and even dropped down for big, gnarly ling cod. The erratic fall of these jigs is amazing and drives fish absolutely crazy. Now Savage Gear has introduced its bigger, badder brother. The Magnum Squish Jig!

Having topped out at 180 grams, the standard Squish Jigs were phenomenal. Now the new Magnum Squish Jigs come in at a whopping 250 and 280 grams. This is what the anglers have been asking for. They still have the incredible erratic fall that the smaller versions had, but now are a beefed up, big fish killing machine. They still feature the half squid half fish look that the originals had, but these just feel meaner.

The 250 and 280 gram Magnum Squish Jigs feature sturdy 9/0 assist hooks as well as an extra large trailer hook for increased hook up potential. They come in about 6 individual colors including some really bright glow versions. My personal favorite is the pink zebra glow but the solid glow is a very close second.
